Isn't this pup beautiful?! Trey came to us very scared, and remained that way for a long time. Now he is happy, playful, and is awaiting a wonderful home!
(As the forth time of uploading this (at&t always messing up)
My ex-girlfriend got a new puppy last month or so. His name is Chicco, and he's always hyper and everything.

In about 1 week - I get to visit with my favorite friend, Cheyenne. She is getting up there in years and am afraid this will be the last time.I first met Cheyenne in 1997, or was it 1998,? In the mountains of Colorado. I can't remember which year- but I do remember how scared I was. She stood 6'4" and 165 lbs, still a puppy-with the biggest teeth I've ever seen up close. My friend said, go in, c'mon - it's just a wolf. A WOLF! Yes, she took me to meet Cheyenne, a 6'4" beast. I stood there behind Nikki, shaking. Literally. Now I knowChey can tell I'm scared - what is she going to do? Mark, her human companion, stood near us. Nikki's met her before, and knew Chey was cool. She wouldn't prey on my weakness. Mark told Nikki to stand aside. WHAT? Are you crazy? I haven't lived my whole life yet? Still nervous, I stayed outside in her presence. She's eyeing me-she's approachingme- what do I do? I stood there. I didn't want to pass this opportunity up. Chey slowly approached, with her head down, a sign of submission I am told, and just brushed against me, ever so gently but enough for me to know she was there. 2 weeks later I went back. I know. What? I just survived, why would I go back? So Mark tells me to step outside. Within seconds, he tells to brace myself against the one panel of fence that was outside. Cheyenne runs and jumps on me. Her paws on my shoulders, she stands WAY above me (I'm 5'6"). I get the biggest tongue lick on my face ever. Mark stood there with the biggest grin a man could have. "You're now a part of her pack" he says. I went to visit Chey every other weekend for the next year. Introduced her to some more people. Got toknow herlegend. You see, Chey is more special than being in my heart. She has healed many people in her life, met more than 20,000 people. I have the honor to being the only person she will lay with, on her back, eyes completely shut. Mark tells me that I am Chey's healer. I come and she feels good. Not the other way around. But they have no idea. Chey is the most spiritual creature. I found out a few years ago that Chey detected cancer in numerous people, including Mark's wife. The DR's couldn't find it. Chey was not going to give up. She pushed and nudged on one spot, relentlessly, until the DR finally found the cancer, but it was too late for his wife. She passed soon after. Only if they didn't discard what a wise wolf was saying. Chey is in Guffey, CO. 8600 feet in the mtn. Not so easy to get to.I moved away from CO quite some time ago. Lost touch for a few years, but did start visiting her again a few years ago. Without hesitation, the first time I saw her again in years was like time never passed. Cheyenne, the wolf, will forever be with me. I am so grateful that Mark rescued her as a pup and saw that she was not ordinary. Never treats her ordinary. He has since taken in numerous abused wolves. I spend a lot of time when I visit with all of them. I don't know what it is, but even some of the toughest ones will eventually come out with me. I just sit, patiently, at their pen. Mark is an amazing person as well, to do such a task, almost completely on his own.Chey recently lost a paw from a tumor but know she is a strong spirit. I just hope I am strong when I see her. Being 14-15 yrs old at her size is not young. It's inevidable we will lose her, and soon. Well, I can't wait. Next week I will be in her pen. I will be licked, tugged, pawed, and probably be told to lay down with her.
