We offer several things to keep the cats cool in the summer. They ALWAYS have clean, fresh, cool water to drink. Many of the cats have pools to lay or play in. They all have plenty of shade. They have big dens, and most are covered with earth which makes a nice cool place to lay in the summer. We also, fill balloons with water and put them in the freezer. When the water freezes into a ball we tear of the balloon and give the cats a Popsicle. Sometimes we drop little chunks of treats and meats into the balloon. the cats bat the frozen ball around, roll on it, rub on it, curl up with it, lick on it etc. Those ice balls keep the cats cool and entertained for hours. So feel free to send us unopened bags of balloons in the summer time.
